Fettucini Carbonara

In this vivacious Thursday, a delicious Fettucini is really made my day!

Ingredients :

250 gr fettucini
1/2 bottle of milk
3 slices of smoke beef, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons mushroom
1/2 grated cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic, chopped

Directions :

1. Boil a big pot of water. Add fettucini and cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until mushy. Drain fettucini, then return it to the pot. 

2. Heat oil in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Saute garlic until softened. Stir in onion and smoke beef, and cook until smoke beef is evenly browned. Remove from heat. 
3. In a medium pot, pour the smoke beef mixture, whisk together with milk, grated Cheddar and mushroom. Stir them until curdle. 
4. Pour them over the fettucini. Add salt and pepper (only if you need).
